The only trend missing was the mint to take home — that's what food writer Dan Kislenko wrote about Lakeside a la Carte in The Spectator in 2008. Kathy Thomas, marketing co-ordinator for Lakeside a la Carte, says they've enchanted care of that this year. Mints will be handed out as guests leave the 15th annual event at Burlington's Spencer Smith Park on Sunday, August 10 from 1 to 4 p. m.
